Patient-reported functional outcomes are critical tools to improve care management and manage risk. The charge of this COA Task Force was to identify co-morbidity data that will permit risk adjustment of the patient-reported data. This is a living document that will be updated as additional co-morbidities affecting outcomes in orthopaedic sub-specialty areas of practice are identified in the literature.
